Ticket Information
Pre-Sale Special Tickets are limited to the First 50 General Admission Sales. These may be used for Adults or Children.
The Family Package is sold exclusively online and is not available for purchase at the show’s on-site box office. Other offers, coupons or discounts can not be used in combination with the Family Package. The Family Package is limited to two adults and up to two children. Additional tickets will have to be purchased separately.
The Family Package is NOT available on the day of the show.
Children 2 and under, sitting on laps, are free and do not need a ticket or a wristband. Ages 3 to 12 must have a Child’s ticket. All Persons, ages 13 and up must have an Adult ticket to enter the Circus. All Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children may not be left unattended at the Circus.
Free Children’s Tickets may have been distributed throughout your area in Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Businesses, Schools and Retail stores. These may be used to admit ONE child for EACH paid adult. The Free Children’s Tickets may not be used in combination with the Family Package.
After your purchase is complete, you will be sent an email with a summary of your purchase and a barcode to be scanned at the entrance. You do NOT have to print this email, we prefer you to display it on your mobile device at the front entrance.
All ticket sales for the event are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event modifications. We strongly recommend ensuring your availability and verifying all event details before making a purchase. In the unlikely event of cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes, our sole obligation will be to offer a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date or a ticket of equal value for an alternative event, subject to availability. Thank you for understanding and supporting our event.
If you have difficulty purchasing tickets online or if you would prefer not to buy online, you may purchase tickets at the Circus’s on-site box office beginning one hour before gates open.
